The treatment involves placing six titanium implants strategically into the upper or lower jaw (or both), creating a stable foundation for a fixed full-arch restoration.
Compared to All-on-4, the use of two additional implants helps distribute support more evenly across the jawbone. This provides greater stability and long-term support, particularly for patients with suitable bone quality.
Before treatment, a comprehensive digital oral examination, panoramic X-ray, and 3D dental tomography (CBCT) are performed. Based on these findings, a personalized treatment plan is created by evaluating your dental aesthetics, function, and jaw structure.

Treatment Process
1. Examination and Digital Assessment
- Your jawbone is carefully evaluated through a clinical examination, panoramic X-ray, and, when necessary, 3D CBCT imaging.
2. Treatment Planning
- The number of implants, treatment area, and any additional procedures are determined to create a personalized treatment plan.
3. Implant Placement
- The procedure is performed under local anesthesia. Six dental implants are placed into the jawbone, allowing the healing process to begin.
4. Final Restoration
- Once the implants have successfully integrated with the jawbone, a custom-made fixed porcelain or zirconia restoration is placed.
