What Are All-on-6 Implants?
All-on-6 is a full-arch implant treatment designed for patients who have lost all or most of their teeth.
The treatment involves placing six titanium implants strategically into the upper or lower jaw (or both), creating a stable foundation for a fixed full-arch restoration.
Compared to All-on-4, the use of two additional implants helps distribute support more evenly across the jawbone. This provides greater stability and long-term support, particularly for patients with suitable bone quality.
Before treatment, a comprehensive digital oral examination, panoramic X-ray, and 3D dental tomography (CBCT) are performed. Based on these findings, a personalised treatment plan is created by evaluating your dental aesthetics, function, and jaw structure.
Who Is All-on-6 Suitable For?
All-on-6 implant treatment may be suitable for patients who:
- Have lost all or most of their teeth and wish to restore them with a fixed solution,
- Prefer fixed teeth instead of removable dentures,
- Are in suitable general health for implant treatment,
- Have adequate jawbone for All-on-6 treatment.
Suitability for treatment is determined following a clinical examination and radiological evaluation.
Conditions That May Benefit from All-on-6 Treatment
Patients With Extensive Tooth Loss
- A full-arch restoration may be planned for patients who have lost their teeth due to decay, gum disease, or trauma.
Patients Seeking Greater Implant Support
- Treatment with six implants may be recommended for patients with suitable jawbone quality.
Patients Who Prefer Fixed Teeth Instead of Removable Dentures
- All-on-6 offers a fixed treatment option for patients who do not wish to wear removable dentures.
Patients Looking for a Long-Term and Functional Solution
- Natural-looking and long-lasting fixed restorations can be planned according to individual needs.
All-on-6 in Turkey: Treatment Steps and Your Trip
Patients travel to Papatya Dental Clinic in Antalya for All-on-6 from the UK and across Europe. Treatment usually takes two visits to Turkey: the first, when the implants are placed and, in suitable cases, a fixed temporary bridge is fitted, usually takes 1–4 days; the final bridge is fitted at a second visit a few months later, once the implants have fused with the bone.
1. Examination and Digital Assessment
- Your jawbone is carefully evaluated through a clinical examination, panoramic X-ray, and, when necessary, 3D CBCT imaging.
2. Treatment Planning
- The number of implants, treatment area, and any additional procedures are determined to create a personalised treatment plan.
3. Implant Placement
- The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia. Six dental implants are placed into the jawbone, allowing the healing process to begin.
4. Final Restoration
- Once the implants have successfully integrated with the jawbone, a custom-made fixed porcelain or zirconia restoration is placed.

What Affects the Cost of All-on-6 in Turkey
The cost of All-on-6 in Turkey depends on:
- Whether one jaw or both are treated
- Whether bone grafting or other treatment is needed first
- The implant system you choose
- The material of the final bridge
A fixed figure cannot be given before your scan has been assessed. Current prices are shared with you, together with your treatment plan, when you contact us. You can pay by card, bank transfer or cash.
Aftercare When You Are Back Home
Every treatment at Papatya Dental Clinic includes 12 months of aftercare, and your coordinator stays reachable on WhatsApp after you return home. Papatya Dental has an office in London (25 Southampton Buildings, open Monday to Saturday) and one in Helsinki, and holds MeetUp events in UK cities where you can meet the team in person.
At home, clean under the bridge every day and keep your regular check-ups: gum inflammation around the implants, smoking and missed check-ups are the main threats to how long implants last.
