Having begun his professional career in dentistry, Dr. Ahmet Metin Bal has expanded his expertise into healthcare management, medical tourism, investment, and entrepreneurship. He has played an active role in the establishment, management, and growth of dental clinics and oral and dental health centers.

After completing his dental education in Konya, he worked as a dentist in various regions of Türkiye and completed his military service as a dental officer. At his private practice in Gaziantep, he worked in implant surgery, cosmetic dentistry, laminate veneer applications, and smile design.

Throughout his professional career, he served as the Founding Chief Physician during the establishment of an oral and dental health hospital, leading major projects in healthcare investments, team structuring, operations management, and clinical organization. Beginning in 2011, he started investing in medical tourism and contributed to the development of international patient management and medical tourism operations.

In 2017, he worked in medical tourism-focused clinical organizations in Antalya. From 2019 to 2023, as a founding partner and executive, he managed international operations, team management, sales, and marketing processes. In the following period, he focused on investment and business development activities across various sectors, particularly tourism, hospitality, construction, foreign trade, and venture capital investments.

Since 2025, he has led the restructuring of the organizational structure, digital transformation processes, and international growth strategies of Papatya Dental Clinic after taking over its management. He manages organizational development efforts in international markets, particularly Finland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and Russian-speaking countries.

At Growth Partner, which he founded, he also advises companies operating in healthcare, technology, and various other sectors on strategic growth, digital transformation, sales systems, CRM infrastructure, and AI-supported business development processes.

He continues his work in healthcare management, medical tourism, strategic growth, international operations, entrepreneurship, investment, digital transformation, health technologies, and artificial intelligence.
