Dt. Ahmet Metin Bal began his professional career in dentistry and has since expanded his expertise into healthcare management, medical tourism, investment, and entrepreneurship. He has played an active role in the establishment, management, and growth of dental clinics and oral and dental health centers.

After completing his dental education in Konya, he worked as a dentist in various regions of Türkiye and completed his military service as a dental officer. At his private practice in Gaziantep, he focused on implant surgery, cosmetic dentistry, laminate veneers, and smile design.

Throughout his professional career, he served as the Founding Chief Physician during the establishment of an oral and dental health hospital, leading significant projects in healthcare investments, team structuring, operational management, and clinical organization. Beginning in 2011, he started investing in medical tourism and contributed to the development of international patient management and medical tourism organizations.

In 2017, he took part in healthcare tourism-focused clinical operations in Antalya. Between 2019 and 2023, he served as a founding partner and executive, managing international operations, team management, sales, and marketing processes. In the following period, he focused on investment and business development activities across various sectors, particularly tourism, hospitality, construction, foreign trade, and venture capital investments.

Since 2025, he has led the restructuring of the organizational framework, digital transformation processes, and the development of international growth strategies after taking over the management of Papatya Dental Clinic. He manages organizational development initiatives in international markets, particularly Finland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and Russian-speaking countries.

At Growth Partner, which he founded, he also provides companies operating in healthcare, technology, and various other sectors with consulting on strategic growth, digital transformation, sales systems, CRM infrastructure, and AI-supported business development processes.

He continues his work in healthcare management, medical tourism, strategic growth, international operations, entrepreneurship, investment, digital transformation, health technologies, and artificial intelligence.
