    Referral Card – Terms & Conditions

    1. Registration Requirement
      The individual who receives the referral card must register it by scanning the QR code printed on the card and completing the registration form on our website.
    2. Registration Period & Validity
      The card must be registered within six (6) months of being shared.
      Each card can only be registered once. If multiple registration attempts occur, only the first recorded registration date will be valid.
    3. Card Presentation at Appointment
      The referred patient must bring the physical referral card with them when attending their treatment.
    4. Activation Period
      The card cannot be registered or activated earlier than fifteen (15) days after it has been issued to the referrer.
    5. Validity Dates on the Card
      The card will include a printed validity period to prevent sharing between individuals.
      The validity period begins 15 days after the issue date and expires three (3) months after the start date.
    6. Referral Credit
      Fifteen (15) days after the referred patient completes their treatment payment, an amount equal to 10% of their payment will be credited to the referrer’s account at Papatya Dental Clinic.

      • This credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
      • It may only be used for dental treatments provided directly by Papatya Dental Clinic.
      • Papatya Dental Clinic does not cover treatments performed in other clinics.
      • The credit is valid for ten (10) years from the date it is added to the account.
      • Credits cannot be transferred to another person’s account, including friends or family members.
    7. Eligibility
      This referral programme is exclusively available to patients who have previously received treatment at Papatya Dental Clinic and are considered loyal customers.
    8. Right to Amend Terms
      Papatya Dental Clinic reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral programme and its terms at any time.
