Born in 1988, Dt. Tuğçe Karakan completed her primary education in Fethiye and her high school education in Burdur. She graduated from Selçuk University Faculty of Dentistry in 2012, beginning her professional journey in dentistry.
Between 2012 and 2014, she worked in the private sector, followed by six years of service at the Antalya Provincial Health Directorate (2014–2020). Building on her public experience, she has been working in the private sector since 2020, particularly focusing on health tourism.
