When can I return to exercise, work, or fly?
Light activity is fine after 72 hours if you feel well. Avoid heavy exercise for 3 days. For sinus lift, avoid flying/diving and strong nose blowing for 2-4 weeks unless your dentist approves.
What can I eat and drink after treatment?
Choose soft, lukewarm, neutral foods for 48 hours. Avoid very hot/cold, hard, sticky, and spicy items. After whitening, follow a “white diet” for 48 hours (no tea, coffee, red wine, cola, coloured sauces, or smoking).
How do I handle sensitivity after whitening or root canal?
Sensitivity can last 24-72 hours. Use recommended desensitising toothpaste/mouthwash, avoid extremes in temperature, and continue gentle brushing. Contact us if sensitivity persists beyond 72 hours.
What should I avoid after treatment to protect healing?
No smoking or alcohol during the early healing phase, no facial massage or heat after Masseter Botox for 24 hours, and avoid chewing on the treatment side. Do not manipulate sutures or the surgical area.
